Appointment cancellation Policy

Your treatments are very important to me and are reserved especially for you. I block out 2 hours for each client. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Repeated, frequent or excessive cancellations will result in denial of services. Any cancellations with less than 48 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Last minute cancellations will be charged in full for the scheduled service. Thank you for honoring this policy.
